Logistics tripped us up again. For a bottle of topical corticosteroids, it seems senseless to have us wait a full week while awaiting the MD to double sign. Controlled drugs are understandable, but typical steroids?!? It's a pandemic situation and physicians are not manning the office. Had we gone to a brick and mortar pharmacy on our way home from the doctors office, we could have gotten our son's meds the same day rather than wait a week. The delivery service person didn’t deliver to my residence because I lived in a condo. I had to meet them outside my building in front of their vehicle because they didn’t want to enter my condo building. This was not the service I expected, but I understand if they don’t want to deliver to people living in condos. I just wasn’t expecting not to have to go outside as it was 8:30 pm and I had just settled down for an early evening. Other than the delivery, the service filling my order was exceptional.

Fast, efficient service, received ahead of schedule, after expressing concerns related to pricing, I received a call back providing available dispensing options that would reduce overall cost significantly and still be convenient. I am quite pleased with the quick response to my concern and presentation of options to address it.

Service was quick and efficient and delivered ahead of schedule. I would have given higher rating except for price. I was expecting a much lower price and will be shopping elsewhere for that reason in the future.

I ended up paying more - almost triple - for my prescription using this service compared to going to a pharmacy. The amount of emails, texts and communication from Pocket Pills has been overwhelming and has deterred me from using again. I will be looking to cancel.

My package was sent to the wrong address. The address the package was sent to was an incorrect input that I later fixed in your system and was also confirmed with the person who called me. Yet the package was still sent to the incorrect address.
