Piece of junk Dont waste your money. Constant breakdowns. Have totally rebuilt; goes only one way, only goes backward, goes in a circle. You are better off just vacuuming.
Disappointed in Polaris Only went backwards. Had to send it back to dealet
Not worth $$$$ It is good for about 3 minutes then tangles itself up .... over and over... not with the money I have had 3 in the pay 5 years... the first one was great the last 2 have not been good . Asked for refund and they said I need to talk to manufacturer..... ugh
Not sure it is worth it. I purchased this a month ago, just inboxed and installed only to find out it does not work. It only goes in reverse.
Not reliable Had the same unit for 15 years and this was a replacement of the same thing and I have to reattach parts, my pool almost drained. The same product I could leave connected to clean my pool this one I can not
DOES NOT WORK We have had this piece of garbage for two years, wasted hours trying to get it adjusted so it would move but not coil itself up, to no avail. A big waste of time and money.

Better advertised! I have always had a Ray Vac system for 30 yrs! They don’t make them anymore. I assumed this was similar, the reviews were ok,so I ordered. It is nothing like what I thought it was. This floats on top of the water while another hose is attached to it with the bag dragging on the bottom. It shows no pictures of the whole system, or would not have ordered it. The Ray Vac was like a stingray, crawling up the sides, it was great! How the sides of the pool will get swept with this ?? Needs to be advertised more ... read more
