Doesn’t work like the old one😩 Bag kept popping off! Had to use my old bad! Could not adjust it, had to pay someone to do it, and still did not clean well, This week quit working at all, but the old Polaris tubing on and worked for a while, then discovered a hole in the head float, and when it fills up with water won’t work. Very disappointed, our old model worked very well for 9 years! I am hoping the company will send new tubing and new head float, bout April 22 and can’t return 😩

Loved the pool vacuum until one part was defective. Used it 4 times last pool season. Worked great. After using it 3 times this season the back up valve cracked. I have tried to call the seller 3 times. Was on hold for a combined 3 + hours. So disappointed because I owned this product before with nothing but regular maintenance to take care of. I want a replacement part at no cost to me. Must be a manufacturing defect.

Polaris 380 falls apart within 30 days of use. Hose connection clamps do not work. Unit keeps separating from the hose. Bag worn out after 3 weeks of use. Terrible quality. Unit adjustments do not help unit from getting stuck.

Great product, terrible to non-existence service from the manufacturer. Product works great, but service from manufacturer is terrible. The first Polaris 380 I owned lasted 13 years. It was very difficult to reach the manufacturer to ask questions on trying to fix it. Their so-called manual does not have any details on the operating mechanism or troubleshooting. The manufacturer does not have any service centers so I had to bring it to local pool stores that claimed to have the ability to service it....they didn't. So, don't... read more

Disappointing replacement We owned two of these Model 380 with no issues out of the box - replaces due to age. This new one just purchased is not working properly - runs on its side, does not back up as it should and stops in one corner of the pool and has to be moved to get it to work - very disappointing - we should not have troubleshoot being brand new.

THEY SOLD ME A BROKEN UNIT AND FIXED WITH CLEAR SILICON Purchased in 2015 used for 3 seasons 3 months each. when I opened it up to see why it was not working the entire base was filled with white silicon. The water supply jets was cracked and instead of replacing it they filled it with silicon and sold it to me as a new unit. It was. a costly repair and the unit is working better than it ever did. Buyer beware of this site......

Worked great for a year This pool cleaner worked really well last season. We've had it for a year now, and it isn't working at all. When we put it in the pool, it flips up on the front wheels and won't go anywhere. The pool supply store in our area has been looking at it for a few weeks now and they can't find anything wrong with any of the easy parts to fix. They said that the only thing left is the motor, but by the time that I replace that, I could purchase another cleaner. I'm not happy at all with this purchase. $684 wa... read more

Not for pools with corners Ends up stuck in corners most of the time. If you have a round pool without corners, it will work well, otherwise don’t buy it. Must be something to do with three wheels. Might consider a four wheel version.
