Untrangling of the hose I bought a 380 and it continues to wrap itself around, thru, and over the hose! What can I do?

Small throat and small and porly designed bag causes jams - BAD for oak leaves! The oak leaves in my pool almost immediately jam either the throat due its small size or the entry portion of the bag. The bag is too small and its stitched to form a cloth tube before the leaves get to the bag open area. This cloth "tube" grabs the oak leaves sharp points and jams the opening to the bag. horrible customer service This product is a dud. I had the four wheeled polaris and it lasted 6 years and cleaned the pool fine until finally wearing out. I expected this to be plug and play but it never worked. I probably have 40 hours spent and never was able to get it to clean my pool. No matter how I adjust it the thing heads straight for the stairs and stays there and won’t get unstuck. I called support many times and they were useless basically told me to kick rocks. Works as advertised. Bought as s replacement for the same model that I bought 10 + years ago.
Only lasts for a few years They only last for a few years then poop out on you, plus the manufacturers rebate is only available when purchased from “brick and mortar stores”.

Does not go up side of pool like it says it does Does not go up side of pool like it says it does, This is not my first Polaris for my pool. This unit sucks. The wheels spin, spin, spin, and until the reverse pools it back it will stay and spin the tires.
