Best investment for my pool ever!!!! First off.. Read the description. It specifies the sizes for the attachments. If your return is not the right size then you will need to find the right attachment to accommodate.Tangling and circling will happen. It is not a not a robot and has no way of knowing where the hose is. Don't expect to be able to leave the vac in for a month and not monitor it. Awesome pool cleaner I would recommend this product to all those gentlemen and lady's that enjoy their pool, but hate the cleaning part. Best Pool Vacuum I wanted a clean water flow side (push side not the intake side) type of vacuum to protect my sand filter from getting dirty. My Intex 20' x 52" deep pool did not have the proper connection diameter to just screw it in. My husband and I went to Home Depot and got 2 (49-cent) pieces of pvc and some glue ($4.99) and made a small adapter that was faster and cheaper than anything we could have bought. Best Vac I have ever owned. I have had my 18x33' above ground pool since purchasing my house in 1977. Over those years I have always used suction style crawling cleaners. I always fell for the "only one moving part" for reliability. That reliability always transformed into 1-3 years of reliable use. So Far So Good Bought this last year for my 33X18 above ground pool and it seems to work pretty good. It does a good job in getting about 95% of the leaves and other debris out of my pool. I have a lot of shade trees over my back yard, so I use it often. Just make sure to turn it down low so it doesn't shoot around to fast and make sure to empty the debris bag every few hours if you have a lot of debris in it. Not INTEX Compatable If you own an INTEX above ground pool this is not the vacuum for you. After receiving the Polaris 65 after the recommendation of this site that it is compatible with most above ground pools. I'm not sure how that can be since it does not work with INTEX which is one of the biggest above ground pool retailers in the pool industry. Very disappointed because when I got the unit out of the box it seemed well made. It is a shame I had to return it. Thanks to Amazon it was an easy return.
would not owen a pool with out this this unit is a replacement for the one that came with my pool i had it 6 years and last summer it went down but as much as we use it i was surprised it lasted as long as it did the last month pool was open last year i had to vacuum by hand and it made me appreciate this unit i bought this one because it does not put the dirt in the filter works of return water i would rate this at 100 stars if i could cant imagine having a pool with out one easy hook up and the bag will pick up just about ... read more
