Product is 1 ½ years old with problems I have now used this pool cleaner daily for just over a year Pros: Very good cleaning power. Travels nicely up the walls and scrubs the upper surface Fortunately has a 2 year warranty Cons: The belt constantly comes off the wheels The basket broke when I first assembled it. It is flimsy The wheels recently stopped turning so the product just blows bubbles. Fortunately it has a 2 year warranty. I am sending it back to get fixed. $60 was the cheapest option to return it....
As advertised This product does very well getting leaves etc off of the bottom of the pool. The jet that pushes the machine sometimes stirs up sand/dirt from the bottom of the pool so that the machine can not suck it up. Overall it does great and gets most things up.
Cleans bottom and sides well I bought this to replace sport 9300. One of the things I noticed right away was NO MORE TANGLED POWER CORD! The pull cart was easy to assemble and is easy to store. I still have to scrub the step area but that just takes a few minutes. My pool has never looked better.
Terrific cleaning This robotic cleaner does an amazing job. It vacuums better than the Dolphin DX4 I purchased last year. I believe the wheels are better for my in ground pool with a vinyl liner, than the tracks on many cleaners. I recommend this unit.
Easy to clean Great robot. I like it a little better than the Dolphin Premier it replaced. Lower cost, works as well, and easier clean up.

Firstly I would say buying a pool cleaning robot is a nightmare - seems like no matter what model you get, no matter how cheap or expensive someone will say it sucks (no pun intended). Does a great job For some reason it is staying mostly in my deep end and not cleaning the shallow end
