For the money, it should pick up much more and do a lot better job.

A suggestion that will improve pool coverage is to ensure the cleaner cable is entering the pool at the center of the length of the pool and that only the required amount of cable is allowed into the pool. It works great. I drop it in and in about 2 hours the whole pool is clean. Does a great job on the walls also. I have used it for about a month with no problems. Some people said they have issues with the cable getting tangled, but I have not had an issue with this.

I love my Polaris EPIC 8520 robotic cleaner. Instead of spending hours going in the pool on cool days and vacuuming I sit with a cold drink and watch my Polaris do all the work. Best retirement gift I ever could have received. It's amazing and I really couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks Polaris for making having a pool enjoyable now!

Recent purchase but product seems to run well so far. Would like the power cord to be a bit longer but overall quite a nice unit.

Product is great. The swivel would be a nice addition on this model. I tried to upgrade after purchase (12 hours) and the store was going to charge me a 10% restocking fee. I was going to spend $300+ more. I wanted the cradle and the swivel. Very disappointed in the service. Product works as advertised.
