I love my Polaris EPIC 8520 robotic cleaner. Instead of spending hours going in the pool on cool days and vacuuming I sit with a cold drink and watch my Polaris do all the work. Best retirement gift I ever could have received. It's amazing and I really couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks Polaris for making having a pool enjoyable now!

Recent purchase but product seems to run well so far. Would like the power cord to be a bit longer but overall quite a nice unit.

Product is great. The swivel would be a nice addition on this model. I tried to upgrade after purchase (12 hours) and the store was going to charge me a 10% restocking fee. I was going to spend $300+ more. I wanted the cradle and the swivel. Very disappointed in the service. Product works as advertised.

It cleans great! Scrubs the tile. The pool is immaculate. I just wish the cord wouldn’t curl all up. I take it out every time I use it and it still happens.

Right out of the box ready to go. Powerful water flow through unit. Unit climbs walls with no problem and it picks up the debris from the bottom of the pool with no problem.
