Garbage. I have had it for less than a year. It quit once and I had to wait three weeks for a new axle to come in. Now, six weeks later, it has stopped moving again. It stops at every wall and step since it no longer has the drive to climb. It obviously has another drive problem. I don't recommend this model to anyone.

Bought mine in the spring and it did a great job cleaning the pool. Unfortunately I've gone through 3 transmissions and as of today, its dead in the water again. It's a lemon and judging by numerous similar reviews in the web, these units should be recalled!

We purchased the Quattro and initially we were pleased with it. It does a good job of scrubbing the walls and picks up off the floor, but it never would climb the steps like they showed in the video. in the first 6 months the hose connector broke, We were sent a replacement free of charge GREAT, After just 9 months it stopped running just goes round in circles. Took it into Pinch A Penny in Mansfield Texas, where we purchased it from, and they replaced all the gears and brought it back - It still didn't work. So they took it... read more

Love how the unit cleans....at first. Lid constantly falls off so can’t keep pool clean if it just falls right back in! Now it’s also starting to turn in circles or will just not move, all filters clean. Such a disappointment, was excited about the quality the first year, this is not an item a homeowner wants to replace every year or two.

I’ve had Polaris pool cleaners for 20+ years, and have even served as a beta test pool in the past. The new Quattro Sport started off fantastic. Now, about 1 year later, a wheel (Axel) just broke off. It’s not cleaning the entore pool and wants to stay in the deep end no matter what I do. I finally figured out the clasp to secure basket secure has to be intentionally secured, else the basket will come out and end up in the pool. Downgrading my earlier review to a 1 star (because I can not give no stars) since Polaris never contacted me as promised and the store where I purchased is not able to fix the issue. Looking through other recent reviews, this appears to be a known problem that has not been addressed. I will be getting a refund for the purchase and find another cleaner.

I purchased the Polaris Quattro Sport to replace my Polaris 380. I was tired of the backup valve issues with the 380 and the Quattro is supposed to clean more thoroughly. It does great with large debris like leaves and with fine grit. However, it can not pick up pea-sized debris. It either goes right over them or they leak out through the Filter Canister.

I purchased the quattro sport about a year ago in June 2019. Worked great last year - didn't have any issues. Was put away in the garage during the winter. First thing I noticed this year was that it had trouble climbing walls as aggressively as it did last year and sometimes it just sits in the same spot unable to climb the wall (checked the hose for leaks, the filter in the hose was clean).
