Debris Doesn't Stand a Chance Designed to devour debris, the Polaris® Quattro™ Sport boasts 4WD agility to aggressively climb walls and brush the waterline. And with dual-stage filtration, this cutting-edge pressure-side cleaner collects both fine and large debris into an easy-clean canister with a transparent window. Powered by a booster pump, the Quattro Sport is ideal for all in-ground pool surfaces. Features: • Active Brushing Attack... read more
I purchased the quattro sport about a year ago in June 2019. Worked great last year - didn't have any issues. Was put away in the garage during the winter. First thing I noticed this year was that it had trouble climbing walls as aggressively as it did last year and sometimes it just sits in the same spot unable to climb the wall (checked the hose for leaks, the filter in the hose was clean). Second thing which is absolutely annoying is the dirt and fine debris collection. The minute the quattro starts climbing a wall, ... read more
Not as good Of a clean as my 5 year old Polaris 280. I bought this about 2 weeks ago but didn’t put it in the pool until last week (from Leslies local store). I wanted a robot type that utilizes our pump. Thought this would be the answer but there are numerous flaws (wish I didn’t get rid of my 280 before running this one!). It doesn’t get into corners well due to its boxy design. The front rotating “scrubbers” kick up smaller debris that just floats right along side the cleaner instead of sucking it up. We have a Quattro Sport that continues to have problems. Polaris/Zodiac continues to only replace parts during our first year of ownership, versus replacing the "lemon" unit. Problems include front sweeper, axle, and gearbox. Beginning to think this model was not a good choice.
We replaced our old (10 years) Polaris sweep because it wasn’t doing a good job anymore. We did our research and settled on this model. It’s much better than our old one, but for the price, we shouldn’t had to have put a reverse in the line because it gets stuck so much. It’s doing better with the reverse, but I thought I was done babysitting my pool sweep. 😕
I have had to replace the hose coupling 3 times now because it keeps breaking. And the first two I bought were $21 and the third one jumped to $43 don’t understand why. They replace my original one because the wheel broke off I only had it for 2 months. This is to expensive to pay the price we paid and to have all the trouble we have had.
less then 6-months old and its a piece of junk had it repaired all ready 4-times do not buy
Bought last year 2019 and am at our pool repair right now ! I 1 year not good to already need repairs!😩
Gets clogged easily and then the force of the water really dwindles. Very disappointed considering the cost of this unit
Never sent the rebate but want a review. The unit died within two months of use.
