Does not move in our pool This is the pool cleaner that came with our pool when we bought it years ago. It was a great cleaner until it finally stopped working. Last month I ordered a new one, and it worked for one week. I sent it back and ordered a new one. It came last week and it doesn't work either. The company even sent a new mechanism and it still doesn't work. Very disappointing!!

Turtle is not reliable as parts come off Need return pool turtle. Have contacted for support and parts have not helped the solution. Parts are failing and not reliable like the first two purchased over the past 19 years. Have been trying to start the return process and not been successful finding proper connections. Parts continue to come off and hose connection still a problem. The eye color came off--which is not a problem but strange. Not the quality as prior 2 functioned. Not worth the money!!! The first pool turtle I bought worked like a charm it was awesome so when I finally had to buy another one I got the same thing it didn’t work from the start send it back they sent me another one and it didn’t work either so I will never buy another pool turtle.

Waist of Money Stay's coiled up in the corner. The only way it cleans my pool I have to take my net and guide it over the pool, as soon as I let it go, it coils right back up. I Would Not Recommend This Product!
5th one we've owned over the years. THIS ONE keeps winding up in a circle. Will never buy again. The quality has dramitically decreased!
Worthless This is completely worthless. Every time it’s turned on it immediately turns hard left and coils into a tight knot. It is then completely stationary, thus rendering it worthless. All instructions (trimming the hose to the correct length) we’re followed. Save your money; buy something else: no matter what you get it couldn’t be worse than this.
