Doesn't work. Only goes in 1 direction then gets hung up immediately. Emailed company but? Alot of money to not work.
Doesn't come with everything. $196.00 for crappy instructions, also doesn't come with everything you need to hook it up. So get ready to be disappointed.
Turtle is great! The hose is awful! I have never had such a horrible hose on the cleaners I have bought, and this is my third one! The hose does nothing but curl up in one corner and doesn’t move! We left it out in the hot sun for 3 weeks to soften it, as we were told to do, while using the old hose which works perfectly. There is nothing wrong with the turtle itself as it works with the old hose! The sun didn’t even help! The hose is useless. Very disappointed!
Don't buy it. Junk. Had problems from the start then would only go backwards.
Turbo turtle Never could get it hooked up! Sent it back 😭
Not working correctly Had to call Polaris to tell them of the problem. Instead of sending the complete Turtle, they sent the inside mechanism for me to replace. I have no problem taking it apart and replace the broken unit. But some people are not mechanically inclined and may struggle.
Should be renamed turbo turd!! Terrible. Brand new out of box does circles until it tangles itself up in one spot.
Not Worth the money This Item is not worth the money.. After I purchased the item it stopped working correctly after 3 months. At that point in time I contacted the company I purchased it from, and they informed me that it only had a 30 warranty, and they refused to do anything for me.
Does not do as advertised Very disappointed that when unboxed and put in the pool The Polaris only has 3 jets working instead of 4. It only goes to the right and forward and tangles itself up. No reverse or to the left. I had previous ones for 15 years now And this is the most expensive and the worst pool cleaner
