Don't buy it. Junk. Had problems from the start then would only go backwards.
Turbo turtle Never could get it hooked up! Sent it back 😭
Not working correctly Had to call Polaris to tell them of the problem. Instead of sending the complete Turtle, they sent the inside mechanism for me to replace. I have no problem taking it apart and replace the broken unit. But some people are not mechanically inclined and may struggle.
Should be renamed turbo turd!! Terrible. Brand new out of box does circles until it tangles itself up in one spot.
Not Worth the money This Item is not worth the money.. After I purchased the item it stopped working correctly after 3 months. At that point in time I contacted the company I purchased it from, and they informed me that it only had a 30 warranty, and they refused to do anything for me.
Does not do as advertised Very disappointed that when unboxed and put in the pool The Polaris only has 3 jets working instead of 4. It only goes to the right and forward and tangles itself up. No reverse or to the left. I had previous ones for 15 years now And this is the most expensive and the worst pool cleaner
Disappointed There was a hole in #6 hose. I have had my pool for 21 years. My 3rd turtle very disappointed. Used hose from old turtle now all the new turtle does is go in circles and get stuck. Asked for a refund. Have to try another pool cleaner :(.
Beware no one to stand behind this product Tech support is none, No help from Amazon. cannot reach, Polaris60-165 turbo turtle pool vacuum. This is the third one I have owned does not work defective. Nowhere to talk to anybody, They direct you to Fluid or Zodiac pool systems but you are on hold forever. Never again Polaris.
Worst purchase I have ever made. This piece of crap is the worst purchase I have ever made. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Wasted hundreds of dollars on it. It does nothing but get tangled up. I have trimmed the size of the hose and that does not help. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone. I should have done more research. If you have any sense at all, do not make the mistake I did and purchase this. You will regret it.
