Hose comes off at the base of turtle The hose keeps coming off at the base of the turtle which is a pain because it’s very hard to get back on.. this happened the first time we used it and continues to come off.. Should not happen for the kind of money you pay for this item
Hoses will not stay on All the hoses keep coming off. Not happy at all and would like someone to contact me
My money that I lost It barely worked!!!!!! I call the company got a 2 cent answer which didn’t make sense so the damn thing is sitting outside doing nothing and I can’t return it. Very very sad it cost 200$ for nothing
more trouble than it is worth I have had nothing but problems since I tried this pool sweeper. While attempting to put the attachment on my return jet so I could use it the seal on the return jet became loose and water ran out of the pool until it was below the return. I cost me $150. to get the jet reset/sealed. Next I cut off the line to shorten it to the length of the pool as directed but it won't stay in the attachment to the unit now and I have to put it back in again and again. Defective product suppose to be new This product broke within a month. Need to contact vendor or manufacturer because it was not cheap.

Zodiac 6-130-00T Polaris Turbo Turtle Pressure Side Pool Cleaner I have had this product a little over a month and it only worked about 2 weeks and now it will not work at all. Would not buy this product again. I wasted $219.34 on this and I am very disappointed in this product.

Never been able to use it I have an Intex above groung 15' pool and they don't tell you it won't fit the fittings.

It is like 1 of the jet is not blowing out enough ... I bought the turtle because I had a previous one that I wore out. The new turtle keeps going in circles, after i have stretched hose out. It is like 1 of the jet is not blowing out enough water to move it. I have tried to call customer support but have not gotten through to them because its a 20 minute wait, then it keeps saying 3 minutes and then it will start over saying 20 minute wait.
