polaris pool sweeper This is the 5th of this product i have had> I had absolutely no problems with the first four. This one has not worked properly since day one. I failed to send in the warranty as I had not had problems in the past. This polaris just coils up like a snake and does not unwind. I have tried to get in touch with the company but have not gotten a reply. I realize it wad not in warranty but thought they might could offer some suggestions as to what I could do to make it work. NOT THE ONE You can't hook it to most small pools (23ft) and it won't work and they won't take it back. It's a scam. Buy the Shark. It works.
Not was I was looking for The turtle just dragged a bag behind him to pick up leaves. The bag kept coming off and we had to keep fishing it out of the pool.
Waste of Money!! This does not come with good instructions and it has to be able to hook up to both where the water flows into the pool and in the filter! It’s been so frustrating I’m about to throw it out 👎🏽👎🏽
Installation Hard to install on the return portal.
Beware of description Item says it's a vacuum but it doesn't even connect to the suction filter inlet. Also it is supposed to be compatible with Intex fittings but will connect to my 9*18 Intex pool
Be careful when you buy things on line. The product was supposed to be new. It was a used product.
Poor mechanisms It used to be a great product but now it’s junk Replaced the inside mechanisms 3 times and it still doesn’t work correctly. Only 3 out of the 4 jets work and it coils it self up. My first one lasted a long time,the second one 2 years and this one it just crap. Because it coiled it self up and I got a new filter the pressure from the filter caused the hose to pop of and my pool is now half empty. Very disappointed.
Both hoses cracked right after return deadline This product works great, this is our second purchase, however both hoses cracked right after the return deadline!! We were wondering why the turtle was not traveling, checked the hoses and found cracks in the one to the filter and one that skims the bottom of the pool!!! Very disatisfied!!!
