If you have wrinkles in the bottom or sides, don’t buy this unit! I had this unit for 5 weeks. It does clean the bottom of the pool,but I have a few wrinkles in the bottom and this unit has cut the liner in 5 spots. Not happy with this product. I have reduce the pressure and then it will not clean good.

Works great when its untangled Works great when its untangled. But quickly winds itself up into a knot and the turtle can't go anywhere. I clean the pool quicker by hand than trying to fight with this thing.

This polaris was great for the first thirty days This polaris was great for the first thirty days, Then it began to just go in a circle and the hoses kept getting twisted up. We tried several times to figure out what was wrong but still keeps doing this. Would like to return it for a different one because we paid so much for it. I had one several years ago that worked great for about 7 years.
Only worked well 2 weeks! Worked great the first two weeks but stopped sweeping half of the pool after. Constantly have to readjust and it still won't sweep entire pool like it did in the beginning. Wish I had sent it back!

Pressure reducing valve sucks! The pressure reducing valve is stuck and not moving. The hook up part of the hose at the end is loose. The manual does not provide detailed information on the installation or operation, so I had to find other Youtube video.

Two Stars Can't get it to work correctly. Always curls back on itself.
Two Stars had nothing but trouble with it,kept stopping all the time.
Too Much Trouble The turtle is cute, but it was shipped without the filter bag. When I called Amazon, all they could do was offer a credit. I had to go out and locate the bag myself. Once we thought we had all the parts, the "Universal Fitting" to connect the hose to the pump was not so universal. After going to Home Depot I found out that traditional plumbing fittings are not standard sizes for pool equipment. I had to rig the hose up to the filter system to get the vacuum to work.
