bought the polaris for my pool. Registered the product on March 25, 2021. Rebate never came. they said that had emailed me but ive check my email and there is no such thing. I called the latter part of May to ask what happened . Your rep said that they emailed me but i check my emails and spam and there is no such email. she said she was going to process and that it would take 7-10 days. I paid over $1600 for this cleaner and it only picks up leafs and larger stuff it does nothing to dirt and silt these should come with a finer screen

The unit should not climb the wall then fall to the bottom and start all over again. Waste of time that is. I’m sure it’s possible to put technology into the unit so it will map the entire pool and never repeat the same path. When it passes debris because the exhaust stream is coming out the rear, all it does is stir up debris that needs to be picked up. Very poor in my opinion, and way to expensive for the lack of all above.

Hi Chad, Thank you for your feedback! We have a couple tips that can help your robot with climbing the pool walls. Check if: 1. The filter canister is full or dirty. Clean the filter canister, see "Cleaning the Filter Canister" in manual. 2. Sides of pool are slippery or slimy. Although the water seems clear, microscopic algae, invisible to the human eye, are present in the pool. As a result the pool sides become slippery and prevent the cleaner from climbing. Its ok, the app crashes every time I open it and after a few months there was a common error about debris in the wheel and there is no debris in the wheel and the app doesn't notify when there is an issue so sometimes a few days pass before I check it. I bought it so I would have to do one less thing and I feel like I have to keep checking it

Motor went out after 4 months of use. Of course it was replaced under warranty. No other issues so far but will always be a concern that something else will go wrong. Very expensive product to have issues right after purchase.

This thing is complete garbage $1,700 for this thing and it doesn't even connect to the Alexa! On top of that when I bought it I was told that it did connect it was exactly the reason I bought purchased the darn thing. On top of that if you set a schedule but you don't want it to run that day you either have to delete the schedule or unplug it. I mean seriously??? This is a joke
