Hi.. I purchased my vrx cleaner from a leslie's pool supplies near my home. I have had issues since day 1. I continuously get error code 8 and 9 and the cleaner turns off. My only means of using this piece of faulty equipment is to manually use the remote which defeats the purpose of having an automated cleaner. One week after I bought it it broke took it back twice to tell me they have to change motor pay 1,700.00 for it now I’m waiting for them to get what ever parts they need no I’m not happy!!!!!!!

At first it would only pick up large pieces Order a new basket for finer dirt now it does a better job

Not at all happy with the pump/pressure vacuum that came with the pool, I was hopeful for a robot. The VRX-IQ+ was the first model I really investigated even though it was priced at the top of the market. I read many reviews and comparisons, but it was difficult to determine what was non biased. Not good. Truthfully not blown away by the most expensive & “smartest” robot pool cleaner on the market. Integration with Siri Shortcuts to assist with more advance scheduling would be helpful. The current in-app scheduling feature is useless. For example, I’m limited to scheduling a single cleaning once a day. I have a tree above my pool and debris drops in the pool every 20 seconds. My iAquaLink system integrates with Siri Shortcuts already.

We bought and then shortly after that returned our Polaris VRX iQ+. In our experience, it did not crawl up the walls, would not go on to the swim platform, and would not recall when prompted....

After nine months of owning this thing, it broke down. Leslie's contacted Polaris and six weeks later no one can tell us anything. They've had our practically brand new pool cleaner for SIX weeks with no solution yet. We owned the previous model of this same cleaner before we bought the VRX iQ and it broke down after less than two years. These robot cleaners should not cost this much if they're going to break down constantly. It's cheaper to just hire a regular pool cleaning company. We purchased this vacuum at the end of February 2021. Since then it has been in Leslie’s twice for repair. Right now we’re on our second visit to get it repaired and it’s been in for about a week. For whatever reason we keep getting a communication error. After tax we paid about $1700 for this so hopefully we can get what we paid for soon.
