Error code 10 after less than 2 years. I need a new cord. Cord was ordered on 7/15 but still have not received it. (Ordered by Leslie’s pool supplies in St Petersburg, FL.)

Bought it and it immediately and consistently loses connection with an error code 10. I’ve brought it in to Leslie’s for warranty repair and am still waiting for the parts to arrive. But a brand new product should not immediately have issues. I wouldn’t purchase it again and I’ll not recommend it to anyone I know.

They tell you you'll get a Mail-In Rebate, you fill it out online, send an image of your receipt and the UPC code or something from the enclosed card ~ long story short, no rebate.

Has not worked since purchased. Error 10. Taking back to the repair shop for the second time today.

Purchased this robot 2 days ago. I’m not happy with the suction pressure. It doesn’t pick up the fine debris. I would have thought that 1,500 dollars for this robot would be a good idea. 🥺 not satisfied with my purchase.

The app experience with an Android device was terrible. I was not able to connect the robot to WiFi.

It only works about 5 minutes, then has to be reset. This is right out of the box. The short path it scrubbed looks great, but I can't be ther every 5 minutes to reset it. Tech assistance said to take it back to Leslie's. Leslie's said they do not have a way to diagnose it or or any replacement parts. So brand new, and it probably wont be ready this season.
