The stand for the vacuum is so awkward, I hate it. It's basically backwards - why would the controls be on one side and you have to turn it around to place the vacuum on the rack? The way the vacuum sits on it is odd too.

Very effective, good-looking, modern cleaner. Takes care of the nooks & crannies in our pool, which the previous device did not cover. Rebate worked great, too.

I bought a new VRX iQ+ in late April 2026, to replace my nearly 5 year old VRX iQ+ after loving my 1st one. The reason I bought a new one is because the repair on my old one was going to be neartly the price of a new one. The new one ran once before breaking; ER11 code. I returned it for repair under warranty at Leslie's pool supplies. They attempted to order replacement parts but were almost denied because I hadn't registered the new on. I had under one year and already doesn’t work . Sent to Leslie’s and they gave me estimate to repair for over 1300.00 I can almost buy a brand new one. I can’t find my receipt so they won’t do anything

LOVED THE PRODUCT, NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased the Polaris VRX iQ+ in June 2023 and expected a premium cleaner at this price point to last several years. Instead, the unit stopped working in August 2025—just two months after the warranty expired. When I took it to Leslie’s Pool Supply for diagnosis, I was told that the motor, gears, electrical cable, and E‑box control unit all needed to be replaced. I purchased your product and it did not work.I returned to the place of purchase and they contacted your support team to figure out why it was not working.A week and half later they replaced parts on a brand new machine. I requested a new replacement and was told that your company would not do that.I would think that your company would be interested in why a new product was nonfunctional.It is hard to recommended your product or company to anyone else.Maybe QC dept. needs more supervision

This is my 4th Polaris and every 2 years when the warranty expires, I end up having to replace with a brand new one because to fix it, cost more than the unit itself. The last Polaris, we got lucky and the warranty was actually 3 years and we were able to get a new free replacement Polaris. Not that I’m a big fan of Polaris but I have yet to find an equivalent that will clean my pool. I just wish Polaris pool bots would last longer.
