I purchased my Polaris VRX iQ+ on Aug 9, 2020. The first thing I did was to purchase the ultra fine filter because the filter that came with it left more dirt in the pool than it picked up. The ultra fine filter is great and the cleaner was been working great until yesterday. I'm getting error code 11 and error code 2. I've disconnected power for a few minutes and turned all wheels 1/4 turn several times in both directions and checked for corrosion on the plug that goes to the cleaner head and found none. Machine will turn off as soon as it hit the bottom of pool.

Often doesn’t work on remote mode. Also doesn’t get Cabo shelf. While the iq system is mapping the pool… it would be good to see a visual layout of your pool on the app so user can see that it has actually mapped out the pool

Bought it from Leslie's new. Went about set-up systematically. App kept disconnecting for remote use. It doesn't sign me out, it just won't respond. So if I sign out and sign back in (pain in the ass), then it works until next time it doesn't. Canister status shows FULL at the end of every cycle. You can run it in clean pool. I bought the Polaris VRXiQ+ because of fine dirt accumulating in my pool. I have an irregular shaped pool, so I was excited about having a pool bot do the work for me. The Polaris certainly works better than my old 280, but it does have theses issues that, although promoted in their marketing materials, are not accurate: 1. The Polaris will NOT climb and clean the steps, as advertised 2. The SMART feature, used to learn how to best clean the pool, misses many corners. Hi.. I purchased my vrx cleaner from a leslie's pool supplies near my home. I have had issues since day 1. I continuously get error code 8 and 9 and the cleaner turns off. My only means of using this piece of faulty equipment is to manually use the remote which defeats the purpose of having an automated cleaner. Leslie's took it back and ran diagnostics and their polaris rep sent a new power unit, which i installed and continued to have the same issue. I have been troubleshooting with Leslie's to no avail.. One week after I bought it it broke took it back twice to tell me they have to change motor pay 1,700.00 for it now I’m waiting for them to get what ever parts they need no I’m not happy!!!!!!!

At first it would only pick up large pieces Order a new basket for finer dirt now it does a better job
