If you have any warranty questions, they will NOT get back to you. You will get constant generic email replies that say we'll get back to you in 48 hours but they will not. I emailed them 6 times with zero responses. Then calling is even worse. Their message is always, "the have heavy call volumes" to call back during business hours but won't even tell you their business hours. No matter when you call, you're on hold until they automatically hang up on you to then say, "call back during regular business hours". I can h... read more

I bought this pool cleaner last summer. It worked for about 2 months then stopped working and was giving error code 10. I called Leslie’s to see if I could return it, they told me I couldn’t, but they could fix it. So I took it back to Leslie’s where I bought it for them to fix it. They had it for a couple days and called for me to pick it up. They said it was fine and worked perfectly for them and said it probably wasn’t working because my pool water might be under 70 degrees. 1. Could not get my refund of $50. Your program would only let me register. 2. Trying to clean algae. It just stirs the stuff around. 3. Does not scrub the walls . A $100.00 creeping crawler works 100% better.

Thing never worked. Constant errors. In the shop more than we had it. Never received rebate. Was told that I would have 3 year warranty but only have 2. Waste of money and more importantly time and will let anyone that asks know that this product and brand is not the way to go! So very disappointed!!!

Our older version climbed stairs this one can’t. The filter container needs emptied light comes on when it is essentially empty except for a little bit of sand making the indicator pointless. For the $$ this is disappointing.

We recommend regular brushing of the steps, and once the debris is dislodged, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool. We also recommend rinsing the canister after every cycle and using mild soap and a soft brush to dislodge any microscopic debris that may be impeding flow. Well just purchased the fairly expensive Polaris VRX IQ+.. The box was delivered torn, but unit seemed to be fine. Assembled and after 15-20 minutes I get the ERROR10.. Tried everything that Polaris recommends and nothing. Seems to be when I give the cord a couple of light tugs the issue goes away for another 15 to 20 minutes. From the first time I used I get ERROR 10. Constantly shutting off every 15 minutes. It did this out of the box. If it did not have this design flaw it would be good.

Pool has triangles and squares dirt spots that it won’t clean even after multiple pool scan clean modes and cord is constantly tangled up. It sucks

Don’t think it’s your problem but continue to have the Bluetooth disconnect and have to reboot it with my phone. My WiFi needs improvement.
