We love the pooch hotel! As the dog parents of a sometimes challenging dog, I can’t soeak highly enough of how compassionate the staff is (and manager Laura in particular) in helping to accommodate our needy pup. Despite the fact that she doesn’t always behave very well, our dog still loves to go there and gets super excited when we arrive so I know the amazing staff is showing her lots of love.

I brought my dog in for daycare and was impressed with The Pooch Hotel as soon as I walked in! The Hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. Even though my dog failed group play, the staff spent time with her one on one and played with her. Pick up was quick and easy and I left feeling good about bringing my dog back, in fact she’s already booked for a weekend stay! Hopefully she can experience some group play

Wonderful hotel! The staff always takes great care of our two fur babies; they are kind, caring, patient, and they always go over our dogs needs like meds, food, and extra bathroom breaks. They really love dogs and it shows.
