Worst experience ever from the waiter taking our appetizer away when we weren't done to raw food that was given to us. Emailed the owner and never got a response. Poor customer service

Second time eating there. We had 8 people. Only myself and my sister enjoyed our meals. I did order the Brussel sprout casserole again but it didn't taste the same as the first time. I will have to think about coming back or suggesting Del Lago and Portico to my friends and family now, since I told them that my first visit was a great experience.

Service was great. Some how a steakhouse was out of ribeyes which equates to 1/3 of the meat they offer. Wedge salad left a lot to be desired. Prime rib was good. For the price go to TS steakhouse at turning stone for better food and nicer environment.

We were very disappointed with the food, the restaurant had no Delmonico steaks due to a delivery issue so I opted for the filet. The steak was ordered med rare but was cooked past medium and had little flavor; the server said he would let the chef know. The appetizer we shared, the coccoli platter also did not live up to recommendations as it also had very little flavor. We charged to our room, but there was no way to put the tip on the room charge so we were forced to leave the tip in cash. Very disappointing experience.

I would not recommend. Very noisy for a fine dining and upscale restaurant. Service was lacking. Food came out cold. Roast beefs was chewy. Pasta dish was good. Waited an hour before bread even came and it was not very busy. Salt and pepper was served in tiny bowls without a means to use it. No table cloths and table top was not cleaned between courses. For a suposed star restaurant they have a lot to learn.

I wish I had great things to say. Our server was excellent but that was the extent of the good things. I've never sent a steak back in my life. I broke that streak here

Our order got messed up by either the waitress or the kitchen and was around 45 minutes late. Other tables that that were seated after me were eating and my table was still waiting. The host apologised and offered us a free drink or free dessert which I refused. The menu is very limited. No shrimp cocktail, no Caesar salad. The table have no table cloths, no salt and pepper, and no plate settings on them. Atmosphere is very cold. The bread leaves a lot to be desired. Well it was very nice there but , I did not receive the correct order. I ordered roasted chicken and received fried chicken. I did agree to keep the fried chicken . I did think there was way to much breading and not a lot of flavor. the chicken was very moist but that all I ate of it. My wife food and our appetizer were very spicy. That's fine for me , just not her. And it took way to long for us to get our check after we were done.
