We arrived around 12:30 with a reservation. The tables and restaurant were a disaster. We asked for silverware, salt and pepper and a few other items multiple times before finally receiving them. The lobster that was on the buffet was lacking substance to say the least. I asked our server to heat them up and that took almost 20 minutes to be returned to us. The food was terrible. The restaurant was very nice with friendly service. I couldn’t even eat the chicken Marsala, and my husband’s portion was maybe a half cup of pasta.

The worst service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Ruined a special occasion and we left after two hours without eating our main course. Saw the waiter twice during this time. Awful experience.

Just a blah restaurant. Food portions were extremely small and not reall exciting. Maybe if our waitress had a personality I would of rated it a two because our food did come out hot at least.

Menu selection was not up To par.. I refused to pay 55$ for steak with no side or salad therefore I ordered cannelloni which to me were not home made. I’m sure they were frozen and topped with canned sauce. Disappointing to say the least.. will not be returning. Took forever for my husbands bottled beer to come .. was not busy at the time I mean come on .. grab a beer, bottle opener and serve!! Didn’t even get a glass with it

Despite having changed the date of our dinner through both Open TAble and a phone conversation with Portico staff they did not have our reservation. We waited for approximately 15 minutes before they seated 5 of us in a booth. it was ok but not "special". They did not offer us a drink or bottle of wine to make up for their mistake. The Food was good, but, again, not memorable. The price was good because it was a Monday and they have a "buy one get one free" on pasta and entrees.

I made a reservation through open table and was given a choice of seating. I chose standard seating. At 7:00 pm when it came time to sit, they told us our table was in the bar area. I told them I specifically wanted a table in the dining area, that is why I made a reservation. I was told it would be a wait for a table in the dining area. At that point we ate at the bar, instead of at a table in the bar area.

Tables are too close together I could hear my neighbors entire conversation, not to mention the wait staff's butt in your face while waiting on the other table. Food was not cooked properly my steak was too rare, my husband had to eat the middle part for me also the shells in my macaroni cheese were not cooked all the way. I did not like the way they treated you if you ask for sour cream, A1 sauce or salt and pepper. I thought when dining out it is about what the customer wants not what will "offend the cook". Seervice was poor and disappointing. it appeared as though there were only two servers to accomodate a busy dining room. The server tried but could not keep up with the demand. We ordered "before dinner" drinks and they were not ready for about 15 minutes and then I had to go to the bar and retrieve them. The same thing happened a while later when one of our guests requested a second drink. Again, I went to the bar to retrieve it.
