Service in the Portico was absolutely terrible for brunch. We had to chase down our waitress and when we finally did she acted as if we were bothering her. The servers in the buffet area all looked miserable. Definitely not the friendliest staff at all. To top it off we automatically had to pay an 18% gratuity. The hostess was nice and the gentleman that was playing the keyboard were delightful.

We were very excited to try Portico, but the service was horrible. The appetizers were good, but our steaks were way over cooked and it took forever to place a drink order. Even worse, they never cleared the plates. We literally had to stack the on the side of the table! Very disappointed- not what you expect with this price tag!

I was so disappointed in Portico this time. Service was fair, it was very noisy, and food was blah. Despite making a reservation over a month ago they stuck us in the back room, which was just plain noisy. No ambiance at all. Wanted this to be special for my friends, who were celebrating their engagement. We did get complimentary champagne though for the celebration. Pretty disappointed in the atmosphere, very loud and disruptive. The drunk group next to us were shouting profanity so loud I couldn’t have a conversation at our table, yet the staff did nothing to deter this. Probably would have been classier eating at the buffet, we won’t be back. $39 Filet that I could finished in just a few bites and it didn’t come with anything else. Do not recommend this restaurant...

My wife and I went there for our anniversary my wife’s meal was good but my meal was terrible. I ordered a 26 oz rib eye steak and it was tough .not what I expected for 60.00 !,, needless to say that it put a damper on the nite. I will say that the waiter and rest. Manger went out of their way to help. Not a good night !!!

First thing we ordered a bottle of white wine, came out room temperature. Food was horrible. Ordered filet medium and it came out overcooked...then they made another as we waited which came out raw in the middle...they took that back to put in oven for a couple minutes and it also came out medium well. Very disappointed. Along with that we ordered lobster tail to go with the filet and that came out raw. A restaurant that touts itself as being high quality was missing most of what you expect from a high quality restaurant. No ambiance, no white tablecloths, very noisy and poor service. The roasted cauliflower side should NEVER be served again - someone tossed blanched cauli on plate dusted it with parmesan and put it under the broiler; we enjoyed the chicken marsala but the bread was not fresh. We would never try this place again.

The salads were very good, and they were accommodating to dietary restrictions. Staff had no idea what was in anything from foods to drinks, seemed lost at times. Pasta was crunchy very very under cooked. Lobster on salad was perfect, lobster in pasta was over cooked and not properly prepared. It required digging in with hands to remove from cream sauce covered shell.
