Our experience was just OK. The service was friendly but needed more training. There should be a difference between the service at the Vine and Portico. The food was enjoyable. I was expecting our experience to be a little more rememberable. Dantan

We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and checked in to let the hostess know we had arrived. She said she would not be able to seat us right away since she had to seat others first. We were fine with that & did get seated about 5 minutes after our reserved time. We were seated by another hostess who asked us if we would like water & she showed us the wine menu on a tablet. My husband and I were celebrating our second wedding anniversary which I noted when I made the reservation. The server never wished us a happy anniversary until the very end of an unsatisfied meal after I brought it up. From the get-go the appetizer was pretty terrible. I was looking so forward to our dinner at Portico for weeks. Decor is nothing special and restaurant space is very open and loud - unfortunate, since there were not a lot of patrons at the time we dined. Since I do not eat seafood, upon ordering, I asked If I could substitute the crab in the pasta dish for anything else and was denied. Absolutely terrible service. We waited 25 minutes after being seated before we could make a complaint to someone to take our drink order.

We got bread asked for butter never got it to people ordered steaks asked for salt-and-pepper took 15 minutes or longer I had asked the bartender for them service was not that great

We had a reservation & were seated immediately. We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. Our table was next to a table that had not been cleared; we had to request to have it cleaned off. There were at least 2 flies that circled around our us! I ordered the swordfish; my husband had the 28 oz dry aged steak - our food was delicious. Ambiance is in the details & Portico was a disappointment.

The appetizers were excellent. I would rate the meal and desserts as fair. The service was good but it took way to long to get our meal

It's supposed to be an upscale restaurant but from the minute we walked in I knew it was lacking. We went to bar after checking in and were forgotten about, finally got seated and nobody knew whose table we were. Sides were not brought out. Food is mediocre at best. The waitress was nice and did comp the sides hit the food just isn't good. Service isnt any better.
