Verified Renter Tai in the front office is THE BEST! Very professional, kind, and welcoming. After move-in there were several minor maintenance issues that were resolved literally the very next morning (I put requests in late the evening before) This move in experience has been excellent! 10/10!

Verified Renter My experience so far in Portiva apartments has been pretty good. As I moved in I had an issue with my dryer and they were very quick with sending someone to fix the problem.
