Dad spent 3 months there. Overall, it was a pretty good experience especially with his therapy, but not so much on the nursing care side... the staff during the day versus evening and weekends were not the same experience. (Days were good) Dad needed more rehab than nursing care and OT/PT was awesome. When I first started PT I could not stand nor could I walk - no mobility no independence. In less than 21 days working with the team Katie, Doren. Ivan, and Jawad I could stand and walk- I had my mobility and independence back- I could stand and walk!

Just want to give a shoutout to the staff at Poway Healthcare. They did a really good job caring for my aunt and uncle recently two different periods. Thank you Michael and Lydia and Dorian for the accommodations. Although my aunt is happy to be home, she truly appreciated the care she received while there.

Great experience, facility is extremely clean, the staff is super friendly. Nursing, rehab, and all the staff were very supportive and attentive to my needs while I stayed in facility. Overall the care exceeded my expectations.

My husband had Excellent care during his rehab from spinal fusion back surgery. EVERY RN and CNA were professional, caring and patient. The PT and OT team of Maria G and Anthony were second to none! Exceptional Care, Safety and Patience made my husband's experience positive, even when he wasn't all that excited to do the hard work! I wish I could take them home with me! Thank you SO much!! Transferred over from another facility that we had a horrible experience with. Overall the staff and stay was great. However don't expect your belongings to go home because no matter how many times you update inventory and mark clothes, chargers etc they will not be going home with you. It's been over a month since discharge and still waiting on an update from social worker in regards to replacing items or being reimbursed.
