The Nurse Practitioner listened carefully to my symptoms during the virtual visit and sent in medication. She also sent in a coupon card in case the meds were too expensive. Very professional and appreciated that I was able to be seen virtually so quickly!
I appreciate the time and care the entire team took to help me get a virtual appt set up this afternoon. Everyone was wonderful

Your on line registration is terrible took me 1 hour and still had to call office to get help
I understand my mother is high risk but she she is at a greater risk going in to emergency room or walking clinic . Would not give an antibiotic. Sure hope they don’t charge me for this . Very disappointed
Provider never even took her eyes off her screen to look at me. Waited half of a day for next available appointment for nothing.
Not nearly as fulfilling as office visit. Took 1 1/2 hours to fill out all questions, etc. Unnessary as Prisma MyChart has ALL that info and photos!
