The PA was so nice and caring. She was very professional and really was helpful!
The so called doctor didn't even have her video on. She told me she can't do nothing for me and said I probably have a blood clot I need to go to the emergency room. Well 1000 dollars later it was gout like I said she wouldn't even listen to me or ask to see a picture.
I felt rushed and provider assumed i had allergies when I’m obviously sick. She didn’t want to hear my symptoms and said I needed to get a hold of my allergy condition.
The provider didn’t ask questions she just asked what do we want at this point? I felt she had no compassion or concern. She did call in medicine because that is what we asked her to do.
You barely asked me any questions and then suggested I go to the emergency room despite neither of us thinking my situation was an emergency. You offered to prescribe steroids but I asked what they would do and didn't get a good answer. My head hurts so bad I'm delirious and you were not helpful. If I could get somewhere, I wouldn't have scheduled a virtual visit.

She was very short with me, and couldn’t even really tell me anything about my problems. I was just sent to urgent care.
Very professional and got a virtual visit schedule quickly. Very pleased!
