The virtual visit was fast and easy. They were able to prescribe prescriptions for my issue. They were so accomodating.
The virtual visit was sent 45 minutes before appointment saying my visit was now. Doing so gave me an error message telling me that I need to login 5 minutes before appointment. This is a big disconnect.
I was not able to receive medication through an apt bc I had not been sick long enough. Had to spend 2 hrs getting my telehealth apt voided to be seen in office. 3 hrs process while not feeling well is not urgent care
They did not call in the correct prescription. They called in a steroid and that was never discussed.
We felt the provider was rushing through the visit and seemed inconvenienced to share actual helpful information. She had to be prompted for care advice. She practically hung up on us at the end of the visit. While the issues I was having may have seemed minor to the provider, we paid a 70 dollar copay for actual care. Very disappointed.
I am still very sick.
