Visit with doctor was fine. Trying to secure the appointment online was a terrible experience. The Prisma system needs revamping to accommodate for patients like myself who need an advocate to help maneuver through the computer process.
Easy access and timely
The doctor began the appointment by saying she couldn’t see me on the camera, so I moved to a room with better lighting. As I was explaining my symptoms, there was a lot of background noise on her end. The doctor seemed to be in somewhat of a rush. She asked what medication I was currently taking, and I told her I wasn’t sure of the full name but could check. She replied that it wasn’t necessary. Quick and easy
The doctor’s assistant didn’t prescribe anything but a glorified cough suppressant and I’ve been coughing for a while now and it’s just getting worse. To pay $75 for literally nothing is ridiculous
They r making me go to hospital I only go to prisma baptist I need transportation or to see if the ambulance will pay to take me to take me 11.9 miles
I’m very sick with Covid. I’ve tried twice to get a virtual visit. all I get is a screen that says “waiting for visit to start” I called both times they said to just try again. my next visit is at 12:30. I guess if that doesn’t work I’ll have to go to the emergency room. My doctor, Kasey McDonald won’t see me, her office refereed me to urgent care

Did not like the experience. I’m on a virtual call with a provider who camera was broke. She requested my camera to stay on.I did not sign up to talk to a ghost.
Not much use. What’s the purpose? I have broken or cracked ribs. Nothing can be done for that except rest. Why prolong my recovery by getting out and going to an emergency room? All I need is some temporary pain relief when I do need to get up and do something important or when I find it difficult to get comfortable so I can rest.
