Won’t use this service again as I should have come in to see a doctor….regardless of being contagious or not. For me to be as sick as I am and only get prescribed cough meds makes me mad…will go elsewhere.
Better be by your phone an hour in advance from your appointment or it will be canceled
She tried, but I gave her extensive info about my condition and yet here I go again with a “Dr” telling me I need to see other doctors. That’s the reason I’ve seen like 10 or less doctors my entire life. I don’t expect a magic cure-all, but I expect something. Now I know why people use home remedies because the hospital system now is about money and doing nothing to correct the issue. I should have gave a negative 5 score, but she was nice.
My N.P. was wonderful. She listened to me and responded to my needs. I would highly recommend this avenue of care.
My care giver listened to me and took my concerns seriously.
They tricked me into accepting a virtual visit with a $75 copay. Then told me to come into the office. Dr(doubtful) was extremely rude, not. Empathetic or honestly competent. Extremely disappointed in the care and understanding of my situation. Would give zero stars if I could.
I thought I should have qualified for an antibiotic with the symptoms and exposure to a contagious disease.
Why can't I message the doctor from my evisit??
It was seriously hard to log in, with multiple codes sent, and the doctor couldn’t really see what I was showing her.
