It was seriously hard to log in, with multiple codes sent, and the doctor couldn’t really see what I was showing her.

Great concern
I've been experienced in pain in my right leg and when I came into the emergency room all I got was a referral no X-rays and no anything and the referral is not for a month away you did nothing to help me I'm in the same spot I am when I first called you and also I tried to call virtual to see if I can get some pain medication or some help and I was told that you don't do that on virtual visits so you took all my money from my insurance and you did nothing for me

My prescription was sent to pharmacy 3 hours later after my appointment.
The notes on after visit are incorrect. The Dr never went over side effects of cough medicine. There’s also notes of symptoms we never discussed. B
The Dr s internet or mine kept cutting off.
