Waste of money
I understand the Dr was backed up. I wanted on the call for 45 min before I called the clinic to see what what happening. They were very nice and said to hang up and I’d get a link a bit later when the Dr. was ready. The new link came and so did a different log in 3 times before I could even put the first into the boxes (please let Apple auto fill that in vs. going to the web browser to the text to look up the number). I logged on at my appointment time, and no provider showed up for the thirty minute time slot. I had to call and get someone to help me.
Provider happily sent my prescription to a pharmacy that was closed. Reaching this person to correct it was nearly impossible.
It was easy to schedule an appointment. Telehealth visit was great for back injury that makes it extremely painful to stand and walk.

My virtual visit was a %!#! Show. I had a 4:20 virtual appointment, after wait till 4:45pm and no one coming onto the link I called the Scuffletown office where I had booked the appointment off of their website. I was tolled they don’t do virtual appointments that the Verdae office does. Round and round we go back and forth 4 times from office to office and finally around 5:15pm the doctor pops up in my screen but we can’t hear each other 😂 Five minutes later that gets taken care of. Was told to keep taking same meds I’ve been on for four days with symptoms getting worse! Asked for a antibiotic z pak
Been taking a nose spray they recommend and mucinex and day quil only think they said is keep taking what I’m taking!!
Really hard to sign in! Would not let me join when instructed to!
