We had our pre drywall inspection by Nick. Can't say enough how happy we were. I'm in construction as well, but high rises, not stick built homes and i wasn't familiar with Delaware code. He explained every detail as we walked. Fortunately the builder was on point, making his job easier, but he definitely knew what he was doing. Thank you again!

Since it was a new property, I wasn't initially sure whether a home inspection was necessary, but I'm glad I decided to proceed. Jonathan identified several issues with the house that the builder subsequently corrected. He went above and beyond by also pointing out additional problems with the lawn. Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and everyone at the company was responsive and courteous throughout the process.
