I have been in my home for going on two months now. When I first moved in my initial move-in checklist had difficulties loading and letting me input information. It took well over a month for someone to understand my issue and resolve it. Even then, I had to call at least 5 to 6 times over the span of four weeks to speak with someone who could finally correct it. This company is a scam plain and simple. I had to move in sight unseen due to moving across the country. Upon moving in, the smoke detector was beeping, the garage door remotes didn't work, there were dead cockroaches in the kitchen, the switch for the garage door was hanging out of the wall, and towel racks were hanging out of the wall. Avoid renting through Progress at all cost if you are able to. My roommate and I have had issue after issue with plumbing, a foundation crack that is causing flooding in the office (that was "fixed"), burst pipes causing mold in cabinets/ walls (that were also "fixed"... though there is still mold on walls). DO NOT RENT FROM PROGRESS EVER I have been a resident since Sept of 2020. When signing my lease I was informed that the water must be in an account in the landlords name and will be billed to me along with my rent. On Dec 10th at approximately 4pm my water was shut off. This company lacks customer service, professionalism and work ethics. They have you pay to get the house professionally cleaned before turning it in. They don’t bother to do a walk through with you once you move out and then charge you for things they shouldn’t even be charging you. All they care about is money and nothing else. Still 3 months after moving out, progress residential refuses to reply to emails, answer phone calls and I've had a few employees hangup on me in mid conversation. These people will steal your security deposit after your finished moving out and taking care of all move out costs.
Incredibly disrespectful and rude. Would not listen and continued to talk over me. Would not allow me to speak with anyone or a supervisor. Did not hold up their end for the lease terms.
This review covers the "other half" of Progress Residential Property Manager; the purchasing of a home. Progress used a local (Tucker) realtor to contact us with an offer to buy at our listed price without looking at the home. please stay away from this company. we aplply for a house with them they trun us down . so we ask our daughter. apply reapplyed turn second time . so i called the screening company. they told me hey didnt see a problem with out credit so the screening said i hst deal with progress i feel like this is discrimination cause my daughter is already approved so this really dont make any sence
