Run!!!!!! The highlights of how bad this company is. 1) they will lie and cheat you - they will not honor signed contracts, they will attempt to change them and tell you owe them more money. - they will make you pay when they make a mistake. - they will claim damage on move out to keep your deposit. Run from this company. They're scamming people. We have paid our rent on time yet they're still saying we're late on payment and just received an eviction notice. They're out of their fucking minds, were in a pandemic for God sake. They have done us dirty, they have listed this house for rent too. This is absolutely absurd. We have 4 kids, this is just flat out wrong to uproot a family like this for no fucking reason. Whoever the owner is should stop this immediately. We have done nothing!!!!! i live next door to a property owned by them - They do not care about anything as long as they get a check. The yard is being overrun by dead plants, weeds, and very large ant beds. The last tenant had the cops over quite a few times. his dog tried to attack my lawn guy - mgt company did NOTHING. Have been a renter almost 3 years in the same home, first year was fine. This last 6 months, my payments are "not arriving" causing me to have late fees and now a derogatory mark. Have called them more than 5 times in the last week trying to figure out where my payments are, but no one seems to have any idea what is going on and I am not getting any answers. Customer service is trash as soon as you give them a little harsh criticism they hang up on you over the phone. Im allergic to bees and i have a bee problem and they refused to help

Will not come fix things, wont respond to emergency calls(flooding, garage door not closing, air going out) but demands payment in full!! Charges you even after your lease ends for days not even residing in home advancr bills you on water garbage at whatever rate they want

I would give less than one star if I could. I wish I would have never signed with them, but now I'm stuck with them for the next 18 months. There were red flags from the very start, but I really didn't have any other options. First they did not get me a lease in time and then nobody would answer the phones. Was on hold for SEVERAL hours, one day it was over 3 hours, and still nobody would answer. I was finally able to reach someone by email and she spent her evening drawing up the lease for me. Horrible customer service, I applied for a home and paid the application fees, we were approved. I tried calling, and emailing to confirm we had the property and pay the rent, security etc. After finally reaching some one after 2 weeks and being on hold for and hour and twenty minutes I was told they cancelled our application and rented the home to someone else. They wouldn’t allow me to speak to anyone higher up and have refused to send back my application fees of $49 They are just scamming people out of their application f... read more
