I was there at office the lady welcome me and have questions about my move out bill Randi come out she help me alot and til make it sure fixing my issue so nice to me. When i leave the place they make me feel like a family and make me so happy. I love this place and thank you for Randi^^

I had a stressful morning needed clarifacation about some mail I received .. Edward Perez took the call when I tell you his voice and demeanor is all of what made me somewhat relaxed.. He was very patient with me.... Came off caring about his job and the residents... Also Akeiwa Doyle Heaven sent.... I can always count on her to reply to my concerns and she’s “VERY” professional make sure I understand before ending conversations .. I was on a short 15 day transition period between the move out from the other residents and my move in. Kristen Smith in the local office helped in keeping me updated on repairs, etc. trying to keep it on target for my move in date. It got down to the day before I needed to be out of my place and Melissa Russell at the corporate office was fantastic pushing things through and calling me and answering when I called. There was a failure with the sprinkler control unit for the automatic sprinklers that made my water bill huge. Found it running when the system was set to off when I came home. Your team helped make that bill more affordable to pay. Thanks for working with me.
