It took 4 hours to get a tire repaired. It was my fault I should’ve waited for the vehicle.

Alex was great, and was great working with. However he never properly QC'd the service that I was supposed to receive. I was supposed to get 2 major issues fixed, which were the following; grinding noise in front right tire when driving in reverse, whining noise in engine. Upon diagnosis he discovered that my rear differential was leaking. He also knew that I was about to be moving to a new job pulling a 3.5 ton travel trailer. Part of my service was tire rotation service personnel left of 4 lug nuts on passenger rear tire had to pull car to shoulder of road on way home very dangerous situation

Very disappointing experience - sales was lackluster and not very knowledgeable- service appeared to be doing a favor by even speaking with me - finance was reminiscent of buying a vehicle in the 80s with telling you how many things can go wrong with the vehicle immediately after the salesmen was telling you that it was so reliable - management was rude and not customer oriented- overall poor experience and would not do business with this dealer in the future

3 hours for an oil change. Horrible communication across the board. I will not be buying my next car from Prosper Ford. I would not recommend this dealship to anyone.

Impersonal, no due diligence and jumped to most expensive repair from the start. I shared more on a Google review

Sales process was very misleading. Add on I was charged for aren't not even truck. Spray in bed liner, window tinting. They told me the truck was a 2026. It's a 2025. Didn't notice until I was back with finance. They also put 8k down for deposit and we agreed to 6k.

terrible customer experience that I have been experiencing with Prosper Ford in Prosper, TX. I bought my Ford Explorer ST 2020 from this dealership in January of 2025. Recently I have had some issues revolving around the car starting up and battery troubles. I just replaced the battery on the 28th of February roughly two weeks prior.
