They had my truck for 3 days before they even pulled it in to diagnose the problem. Once they did they suggested a repair that was over $5,500 and after getting a second option I find out the truck only needed a refrigerant recharge. Which only cost me $130. I was told that the system was contaminated and need did the repairs.In order to fix the problem. My truck, in fact, was not contaminated with mixed frion, so I felt as if the dealership was trying to pull a fast one on me and they lie to me.

My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 AM, and I arrived at 7:35 AM. When I checked in with Robbie, I specifically requested the $125 oil change, but my total ended up being $163. What was even more frustrating was the wait time. I sat at the dealership for approximately 2–2.5 hours. After checking my FordPass app, I noticed my vehicle had been parked for over an hour, so I went to the service counter to ask about it. The service advisor was excellent, with the limitations of the system available to them. But the system that doesn't have an automatic way to let the service advisor know when/whether all the necessary parts for a recall are in stock caused us to have to reschedule twice. You would think in this day and age that the system the service advisor uses could easily, automatically, and immediately indicate to them if all of the necessary parts are (or will be) in stock whenever they are scheduling someone for a recall service (or ... read more

I asked to check a tire because I was getting a notification on my Ford Pass app about a possible slow leak and nothing was done plus no air was put in the tire.

Wasted my time Did not work the deal till I arrived as requested Was constantly left waiting or ignored Bought my car next day had a check engine light No gas

Kerri was great, but the actual work done in the truck was not good at all. The detail was very bad the 1st time then they took it in a second time to make it right and it was still bad. They said they would shampoo the carpet, but I don't think it was done.

Good except whoever brought my truck up must have hit a curb since there was a white rub mark on the brand new tire right rear and scratched the rim.

Had an appointment and waited over 2 1/2 hours. They couldn't air up my tires and sent me on my way with low air. Didn't have low air when I arrived?? and I live in McKinney so I drove all the way back the next day to have them air up my tires and realized they didn't put the cap caps back on two of my tires and the caps were chrome and they gave me completely different ones.
