My camera didn't work when I left. No one told me there was an update. Next day my engine light come on. I took it to Holiday ford and they fixed it and my brakes. They said my brakes were at the lowest point but Prosper didn't say anything. So I will not be going back to the prosper dealer.

Received truck after it was in shop for 3 weeks and when I got home I noticed the back license plate was missing, let Kerri know. I ended up finding it in the bed of the truck with no hardware. Had to find HW and put it back on. I Opened the hood and found a bunch of clips missing from the repairs on the hood latch. I take the truck out of town on the highway and truck is not running right when you hit passing gear. I brought my vehicle in for a fuel smell concern and door lock issue and ended up being presented with nearly $8,000 in recommended repairs. Was lied too and treated differently from other times I requested a few things and felt ignored. Then was promised a car wash and never happend after making me wait 90 min then offering a shuttle. After I got home. My truck came home 30 min later. Un washed and wasn't told what I requested

I had an issue with my Ford Expedition where the sunroof drain pipe was clogged and rain water deposited into the cab. This apparently is a maintenance issue and not covered under warranty. Although the Ford dealership was professional in explaining everything and working with us, we really question the Ford engineering decision for this design. I had a different Expedition for 12 years previously and never had a sunroof drain clog issue once.

Was not given appropriate updates. Time to receive car back took long. When picked truck up one work item requested was missed. Paid for alignment and truck is now veering and wasn't previously.

Tryed to over charge for everything left door in escape that was part of recall 400 more for same serve elsewhere

Lack of trust for what they say they do to your truck when you take it to them. Pathetic customer service, simple oil changes take 4 hours. Not recommending their service department
