I ordered fender flares for my 2017 Silverado. They do not fit. I tried to return them, but was sent me on a photo shoot from hell. They asked for photos showing how the fender flares did not fit. I complied. They asked for more. I explained I had already removed the fender flares, I showed how they didn't fit, and I had no intention of re-installing them to take additional pictures. I purchased a set of fender flares from a company doing business as Protuninglab.com. After receiving the product, I noticed that the materials included for installation did not match the installation instructions and descriptions. The rubber seal that fit around the flare that butts up against the fender, did not have an adhesive strip as described in the instructions to ensure the rubber seal would not come off. I purchased Angel Eye Halo & LED Projector Headlights for my Dodge Ram 1500. They started delaminating and the company said they only have a 30 day exchange period. I said I wasn't looking to just change a product but the product they sent me was defective. They said they would not do anything. I spoke with customer service rep Raul and when I asked for his bass he said he was the manager and he would not transfer me to anyone. Horrible customer service. The Headlights had the wonderful lifespan rating of 4500 hours but when I was on vacation and 1000 miles from home, the right low beam went out making night driving terribly dangerous. They only had about 8 hours on them, but the warranty was for a terrible 30 days. These were the most expensive headlights that I ever bought ($175) and will now go back to stock ones because I can't afford another bad product with an extremely bad lifespan. What a waste of my time and effort !
Cost was competitive and free shipping sold me. I received the third brake light only to find that the batch of this light was built wrong. There is a clip that connects the electrical that had the fitting on the wrong side. I was told the whole batch is this way so there no way to get the correct one. I was forced to fill and cut down the piece which took some work and precision but I was able to make it work (for now).
