I have bought two sets for two different trucks niether set fit i had to modify them to make them work and one set filled with water on the first rain blew my headlights and then all the chrome peeled off becouse of the water all within a week
Ordered parts for my truck, based on fit for my specific year online. Parts arrived and clearly do not fit my year. Called customer service who offered to ship out new parts that would fit, said they would email me and never did.
I ordered a halo head lights and when I got the the drivers side head light halo and low beam light did not work at all so when I emailed pictures showing proof that it did not work I asked for a new head light the refused to send me an new one but wanted me to wait for parts to fix there mistake
I’ve bought several sets of lights, front/rear/corner etc over the years for a particular vehicle to change it up and get something new for an ‘03. I have always been happy with protubinglab.com for years until my most recent purchase and repurchase. I bought a set of bumper parkin lights and immediately after installing them the driver side assembly is full of moisture and will not dry out. I have been trying to order product off and on all day. When I called customer service, a young man said that he couldn’t take my order by phone and that I could only order online. Needless to say, customers are the reason your company hired the young man. Even if he is not required to do so, I’m sure you’ll agree that he could have at least acted as if he was concerned. Both LED headlights failed in a month. When I contacted customer service, I was offered a replacement for the first one, and while exchanging emails, the second headlight stopped working. I was told the replacements came in a set, so both could be replaced. I asked for a refund instead, if possible, as both failing headlights indicated quality issues. Ordering Nerf bars for my 1999 K1500 Chevy , had to order for a 1998 ,didn't have my year listed.This truck is old body style not Silverado
After purchasing headlights they began to take on water. When I tried to return them Jack told me because I had modified them that warranty is no longer good. I advised jack that he must be confused because I never modified anything! I then asked to speak with Manager or owner and never got reply back. These people have sold me two sets now that took on water and will not refund my money.
