I ordered cab lights and they came with no gaskets on the outer lights. The representative I was emailing with was clueless about the product. Even after I sent 8 pictures he still couldn’t understand what I was talking about. The only solution he had was send them back and we’ll refund your money. I just wanted the rubber gaskets. Purchased just over a year ago the smoked tail lights and third brake light for my truck. Third brakelifht does not have the same weather seal as the stock component and resulted in a substantial amount of water leaking inside the vehicle. The tinting on the inside of both tail lights has peeled away. Tip: Always be cautious of an aftermarket company that only provides 30 day warranties.
Got headlights for my 2015 Ram and after 9 months one of the Halo rings went out, which should last forever. I found out it was the inverter after several emails with protuning lab and spending over 200 dollars to have it checked to see if that was the problem. Then I asked for a new inverter and they were going to charge me 16 for one inverter, which on amazon for most inverters in packs of 2 is less than that. I already have after market head and tail lights (spider). Both sets leak water, hold condinsation and dirt. I spent nearly $1000. I decided to take a chance with these; the prices are much better
Ordered fog lights for my 2012 scion tc and they did not even last 2 months. Both lights have the glass shattered and both HIDs dead in 2 months! Contacted customer service and they said the will only replace the HID kit and not the lights themselves, but I need to ship the kits back $$ and then pay $18.00 for a restocking fee for them to replace the HID kit. There are better products at other places.
If you use autofill on the billing and shipping page, it may not stay, i couldnt figure out why it wouldnt go thru until i scrolled up to se it removed my address. still... god experience.

I purchased and installed clearance lights on my F250. I had to disconnect the batteries since I had to remove the entire headliner, which involved uncovering the side curtain airbags. After 4 hours labor (would have paid for 3 hours professional labor), I reconnected the batteries and realized that one of the lights didn't work. I received the the lights there wasn't any instructions for the install. I called the company over eight times asking for information to help work my install. THIS WAS HELL !! They emailed me videos that wasn't of my product, then they emailed me picture that did not include all the parts that I received. I also dealt with several attitudes and even was hung up on TWICE.
