ordered tail lights that didn't end up working. waiting to get support from business. will update when more details are given about how to settle problem.
This was my first time shopping with u guys and I ordered an air intake and I Guess I didn't read it all the way and customer service was noooooo help like if I was in a store I would be able to just return it and then buy a new one but now I have to pay money to send it back I feel like I just got robbed
I bought a set of headlights for my truck that only came with low beams only when i put my original high beams in and seen the difference in color and brightness i was very disappointed if i would have read that i needed to order high beams i could have understood but no it just said low beams were installed it said nothing about no high beams the worst part is how long my truck is torn apart waiting on the high beams i started this Friday night and couldn't order the high beams till Monday and now wait for them to be shippe... read more
Bought tail lights recently: wired wrong (reverse is wired as blinker), should have been warned about need for load resistor (lack of load resistor leads to rapid blinking) and bottom trim from car under tail light not transferable to new lights. Further, contact attempt by email garnered no response. So will fix problems on new part myself. But like what I bought and since I have a 20 year old Audi am married to them anyway and now buying headlights.
Took more work then expected. Didn’t fit in the plastic mold like it should have. Had to cut in lots of spots just to get the thing into place. Plus it wasn’t even on both sides. Way too big for the 1500. About 4 hours of trimmig for a simple add on

I tried to call twice but there was such a bad static and clicking that I had to use the email option.
I order this product using my company visa and seems to have trouble but it works for pay pal, amazon ect.
