my order was rejected 3 times with two different cards
I ordered New Headlights for my Nissan Altima 2007 and it Arrived I loved the Beauty of them. I went to Install them and they were for the wrong model, not for 2007 as Advertised. The Customer Service Agent made me take Pictures of the Product not Fitting so I had to take out my Headlights again and attempt to make One of the Headlights fit for the Pictures. first time using your company. My review of your customer service is inaccurate because I haven't used them yet. This was a error on my part.
The lights look great but the connections are not ideal. I had one taillamp with a bad connector so I called to see about getting a new component. After a week of back and forth (take a pic, now take a differnt pic, now take a video) seems like I'm jumping tru hoops for nothing. I called again just to have them hang up on me. I reccommend shopping at a different company

Ordered a product that said in stock to find out that 2 weeks later when it did not show up at body shop... called and was told they can switch my order if I replied to email.... I replied and they canceled original order yet did not replace with new order so I am now another few days now ordering new part and PTL they will not even expedite shipping... not a great experience;)
I would like to see reviews over the product I am purchasing.
Completely unprofessional!! BE WARNED!! They lie, cheat, and still. No organization or communication. They do not follow their own policies. Ordered a pair of headlights with HID for my 2002 Chevorlet Camaro, received an e-mail with tracking number stating that my order was in process and would be shipping out to me the following day.
