The wiring harness and no instruction manual
These smoke projector halo fog lights are terrible. They look good on the outside but when you turn them on they're the dimmest things I've ever seen.
I've had nothing but problems with my order since I purchased. Not pleased with the customer service at all and I have LED DRL that don't work at all.
I'm slightly frustrated with these headlight websites due to the fact of them having headlights for ever vehicle but mine. They don't make headlights for Audi A6 / Audi Allroad's with xenon headlights. So I'm buying one made for halogens and hoping that it works although I know it will give me a fault code on my dash that will never go away because I had this on my last vehicle (2004 allroad) with xenon headlights. Bought hids in the past and they blew within a few months but i thought hey let me try again, put in a whole new kit and they only lasted a month. A lil disappointed
Received tails lights in a box that was badly damaged and apparently opened and retapped. When I opened the box, tail light was cracked after waiting a few days to received product which was apparently sent FEDEX.
called 6 times today waited on hold for 20-30 min each time just to get hung up on
Wasn't given an estimated delivery date
Bought a cat back for a 2002 WRX. Went under the car and tried to install it three times. No chance. I don't know what these guys are smoking, but it's clearly a very strong hallucinogenic because this thing was nowhere near fitting at all. Customer service was OK, but thanks to these guys I'm going on week 4 of having a rusted out leaking exhaust. I regret the day I found their products.
