Ordered replacement headlights for my 210 Cadillac SRX - the daytime running light on the drivers side does not work! Replacement set is advertised as complete, with both high and low beam bulbs. Support (Leslie tells me I needed to take high beam bulb out of old & put it into new set. Does support know their product?? I have requested Pro Tuning Labs call my phone, they have not called. This non working headlight set cost $440. VERY DISSATISFIED!!
after ordering second radiator cuz i striped the first out i figured out the oil line connectors needed to be modified To thread far enough in and seal an o ring, And needs 5 o rings. After all said and done i would not recommend to someone who is not a mechanic! But works well.
Customer service was very smartass with me. I purchased a grille that did not fit my truck. The website did not warn me that there are several grills for the same truck. Mine has a camera that the grille would not accommodate. Usually when I buy parts and there is this type of issue a warning or last check comes up. I received no warning. ProTuningLab refused to pay for the return shipping. In the age of Amazon companies should be ready to stand behind the products they sell. I will not buy from them again.
Over $300 for a set of headlights. Instructions are unclear and no response for help. Lost that money I guess
Customer service was very un-informative on product needed, told me there was none in stock and 3-4 week wait on replenishment, meanwhile website had the product and purchase went smooth...unless website is not up to date on inventory and customer service rep was right, then I would degress my satisfaction with individual!
Bought headlights and it was the wrong item and they told me to return at my expense and then charged me 20% restock fee when there wasn't any other options for exchanges and they didn't abide by there return policy that clearly states FULL REFUND within 30 days!! What the hell!! Don't buy from these crooks!!
Looked around at a lot of other companies for a similar product even ordered a light set to wait 6 weeks to be told , oh it's out of stock. So I looked into pro tuning and they actually have a product in stock , not just ads that sell bait but don't have the product .
I tried to contact the company to tell them that the name of the town I live in was spelled wrong. Nobody answered the phone or messaged me back. I hope this doesn't delay my order.
Placed my order on 6/8, website said it would ship within 4-7 days. Order took over 20 days to receive, and was shipped through UPS. I was unable to track the item the entire time. Finally called and told them I didn't want the item anymore, customer service stated that I would have to wait for it to arrive and then call back. He also told me return shipping would be paid, which was a complete lie. Called back when the item arrived and they said I would have to pay $60 for return shipping!!
