Headlights did not work. Refused to replace my money without a picture. Spent a grand trying to installl a faulty product . Manager said that sound like your problem call spec d corporate and got them to refund the money sense company wouldn't.
HAD A ISSUE WITH NOT RECEIVEING ALL THE PARTS , THEN WHEN THEY SENT THEM THEY DIDNT SEND THE RIGHT PARTS, AND DOESNT USUALLY SHIP IN A TIMELY MANOR
Recently I had purchased taillights for my 2015 Tundra. They sent me a faulty taillight with the turn signal not working. After several days "negotiating", they agreed they would do something to fix it. I would give them another $100, they send me a new tail light, then I would send back the faulty one and get my $100 back. Meanwhile, I've been driving without a turn signal, and I'm short of $100 for over a week now. They gave me one date for estimated delivery then bumped it to almost another whole week.. My lights burned out within 3 months. I was not able to order new ones for a month because they did not understand what was happening
I ordered a set of new headlights with the led bar in them from you guys, about 6 months later it seemed that a plastic layer or film cover was peeling off my left headlight and still is. I called customer service for some answers as to what this is or why this is happening, the person I spoke to was rude and unwilling to help. Thought i was purchasing a simple unit replacement headlamps...not an adventure in automotive electrical work and custom ballast mounting Instructions? ...yep, 1 page included but essentially useless. If it's known that those headlights require ballast, power normalizers, etc etc, why not engineer a product with those features in place? I've fallen into youtube hell trying to get some good guidance, bout to give up and pay for a pro installation.
I decided that I'd spend a good amount to replace my foggy headlights with someone a little nicer, and then they sent me the wrong headlights, WITHOUT the correct bulbs and necessary components required for installation which was a part of the deal. This would've been fine had their customer service not been so garbage and actually willing to try and work with me, 4 phone where one connected maybe after 20-30 minutes and then I was put on hold for so long I just hung up in frustration. Will never order from this company again. Marker lights didn't work at all. Headlights have huge gap between headlight and turn signal. Bottom marker light plug isn't the same. Do not buy these housings. Look nice but absolutely not worth the money.
