I'm ordering the projector halo lights for my 95 Integra GSR I hope their as bright as the say the factory ones are dim and crappy the high beams have a yellow tent eewww definitely the worst Pat of my car can't wait to see my new halos in my car gonna be my **** girl now
Bought a set of Headers from Pro tuning Lab. My mechanic removed my exhaust manifolds and proceeded to put the Headers on finding out they did not fit. He called me and told me the story. I called PTL and explained the problem with the support team. They assured me they were going to contact my mechanic. Well 2 days went by I called my mechanic and no one followed up to explain to my mechanic how to resolve the issue. So I called, and they gave me a ration of nonsense. I can return them was one. I ordered an exhaust header and catback exhaust. They cancelled the header because if supplier issues and would not cancel the catback even though I called before they shipped it.
Bought a set of headlights that states plug and play with no extra wiring. Got them and they had to be wired in.and did not come with instructions Tried calling them mulltable times and left voice mail. Never ever did I receive a call back. To bad for this place because I order a lot of stuff for my trucks.
One of the LED bulbs in the kit I ordered did not work. Their support did everything but say I was lying! Still haven't received what I paid for as of this date!!!
Their Smoked head lamp lenses cracked, bubbled and flaked within 1 year. they only have a mere 30 day warranty. I contacted Pro Tuning with a "sorry" cant help ya. Go OEM and pay the price . OEM last 30 years these didnt make it 30 days
Over priced and can't even get next day shipping
Ordered some fender flares from here. Cost was good and the shipping was quick. When i got the product the box was labeled what i ordered but was packaged wrong. Since i didnt check im being stuck with the cost. Very poor customer service and would not recommend!!
